- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible experience go with any other company Anna DeFrank is breaking a lot of laws by not letting us out of our agreement. She lost our keys, she put the lock box where it could be easily stolen. She messed up our listing 3 times and listed it with the wrong address. We are very upset with Castle Realty and want nothing to do with them. Overall I would give them 0 stars.By Alexander Elbanna, August 29, 2017
