  I had money taken out of my account to pay my ins. Anyway it was taken out on the wrong day so the ins. Company made 2 attempts to get payment but G.N.C. Federal Credit Union charged my account 4 times at 30 bucks each time. I talked to a lady at the credit union and even she said I was over charged by 2 times. However she didnt have the athority to fix their mistake. This at most should be only charged 2 times or 60 dollars but their mistake cost me 120. Dollars. Then when Im in thrir trying to talk to the teller about this another teller who was suppose to be helping another custemer was mumbeling about my situation and I kindly told her it was difficult for me to explain to my teller when she was doing that. Anyway I recomend you find a different place to put your money. Also this is not a safe location. Its a well known location for people dealing crack. Next door from here has been robbed more than once. I know when I cash in myinvestment that I been adding to for the past 15 years every mo. I will then find a safer location to keep my funds. Be wize. Be safe. And dont be robbed. Its bad enough when a person gets robbed on the street but when your bank or credit union do it that is real bad. I was told I can sign something and maybe get my money back that they overcharged and Im about to do just that. But its upseting I habe to take time to do that when even the one teller admitted I was overcharged. If I dont get my money back channel 11 news I was told helps people who are ripped off.
