    I HAD THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE 2 TIMES IN 1 DAY TODAY. i SAT ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 25 EACH TIME. 1ST I TALKED TO "CALLI", AFTER DEMANDING HER NAME FOR ABOUT 10MIN, SHE FINALLY GAVE IT TO ME AND THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME A NAME OF A SUPERVISOR. SHE ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME. I SENT IN CERTIFIED COURT ORDER, MONEY ORDER, ALL PERTINENT INFO THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO HAVE A HYPHENATED LAST NAME DROPPED OF MY 3 CHILDREN.. IN JUNE! OF LAST YEAR!! I STILL NEVER HEARD ANYTHING!! SO AFTER GETTING HUNG UP ON, I CALLED BACK. AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE ELSE. SHE GAVE ME KNOW INFO, LIED TO ME ABOUT HER SUPERVISORS NAME, GAVE ME 2 DIFFERENT NAMES, WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SEE TO SAY THE LEAST, IM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY, UNSATISFIED AND WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR.

    I was placed in the que with 10 calls ahead of me waited for 38 minutes only to be told the extension I was connected to was not available. I understand there is a long wait to receive a birth certificate. That is OK. I mailed my check and application in at the end of June. My check has not cleared the bank. I need to know how they process checks. Are they holding them until they process paperwork or is may check and application lost somewhere?

    I have to replace a lost birth certificate for my daughter. In the past the birth certificate had a name correction, so when I ordered a new one, we were sent the original one. I called and asked why I didn't get the updated certificate. The woman on the phone told me they replaced the software and only used original documentation. Who's the genius who decided to do that? So I had to notarized the original cert and sent in more money for the name change. Then when the name change was done I had to send in more money. Five weeks ago I sent the check and the check has not been cashed and No response. The process has taken at least 5 months with no results. We are trying to get my daughters license and passport with no success. If you call to ask where they are in the process they can't tell you because they use paper filing. There are so many files they can't look for the file you want. Can't see where they are in the process online! 2017 and they still use paper filing for applications. There used to be expedited birth certificates but in Pennsylvania, expediting take 20 days. That's the fastest time frame. Government bureaucracy at its best.
